    Individual therapy is beneficial for people going through different types of situations that cause stress, anger, grief, or conflict. In a comfortable, secure setting, we will explore the essential issues hindering your life's progress.

    Individual therapy may be short-term (focusing on present issues) or long-term (delving into more complex problems). The number of sessions and the frequency of appointments depend on the situation and my professional recommendation.

    The success of individual therapy tends to vary depending on the issues in question and the client's needs.

    Group therapy promotes socialization and communication. It allows participants to gain a sense of belonging and know they are not alone. Group therapy provides a place for individuals to give and receive support, find one’s voice, and relate to one another in a healthy environment. It also provides a safe environment for sharing one’s deepest, darkest challenges and fears.

  • Couples

    All couples experience emotional disagreements and conflicts throughout their relationship. Unfortunately, many couples have unresolved disputes, leading to more significant problems.

    In couples therapy, I help guide you and your partner through the tools needed to resolve conflict and move forward into a healthier relationship. For example, if you and your partner are experiencing constant conflict, couples or marriage therapy could be a valuable support for your relationship to help you navigate your emotions together and find a resolution.
